IT’S 2022, NOW WHAT?

IT’S A NEW YEAR - a time that tends to inspire reflection, dreaming and planning.

You might be thinking back on your experiences in 2021, on what worked, what didn’t, the highlights and the lowlights.

This is when we set new year resolutions - a renewed focus on the changes we want to make and a recommitment to taking action.

While new year resolutions have a dismal success rate, the process of evaluating our life and career is a useful practice. According to Heather Long of the Washington Post, this process has been an underlying cause of the great resignation and was brought on in part by the psychological impact of the pandemic.

In my own coaching business, I’ve witnessed client after client question everything in their lives. They question where they live, who they surround themselves with, what they want for themselves and what they are willing to tolerate. They are committed to creating joy and meaning and eager to walk away from the things that are not working.

While taking stock of our lives is common practice in the coaching world, it tends to be initiated by the coach.

What I’m seeing now are clients coming to me and saying, “I want to reevaluate how I’m living and working and I’m ready to take meaningful action to improve things.”

This can feel exciting, and scary. Exciting because we’re taking responsibility over our lives, and scary because we don’t always know where to start.

If you find yourself in this place of questioning - wanting to evaluate your life, but feeling stuck on how to start, feeling overwhelmed by the changes you want to make or looking for new ways to bring more aliveness and purpose into your life, the Great Reassessment Guide will help.

This free toolkit and quiz will help you evaluate what is working and what is not, help you define the areas that will bring positive change into your life and inspire you to take small, but concrete steps towards creating the life you want.

Warmly,
