My clients come to work with me when they strive to create a fulfilling and purposeful career filled with energy and excitement. They are high achieving leaders that want one-on-one support to custom design a leadership program that will grow them in all aspects of their life.


Here's how it works

PHASE 1 - DISCOVERY & EXPLORATION

We start by getting acquainted through an introductory call and strategy session. This offers us an opportunity to determine fit and experience working together. If we decide to move forward, we initiate the visioning process and take stock of where you are, where you want to go and how we will get there. At this stage we may be reviewing assessments, defining leadership values, personal mission, unique gifts and designing a specific plan that is aligned with personal and company goals. 

PHASE 2 - THE WORK

We begin meeting on a consistent basis to address the leadership plan, progress, challenges, wins and gaps. We work together one-on-one for 6- 12 months, check in on progress every 3 months and incorporate meetings with your corporate sponsor and/or your team as required. Throughout the process I share models, tools and resources to support and guide you.

PHASE 3 - CLOSING & NEXT STEPS

As we near the end, we will evaluate progress, honour our work together, celebrate wins and determine what comes next for you and your leadership.
