Courageous Authenticity & Emotional Regulation

The pressure of homeschooling and having little time and space for myself, and uninterrupted time for work got to me.

In a zoom call with a group of supportive friends, I shared my truth in the moment.

I told them that I felt frustrated, pressure to get homeschooling right, to serve my clients powerfully, to grow my business and continue to learn.

I let my deepest and most absurd fears out, vocalized them, shared them and allowed the tears to roll down my face.

By the end of the call, I felt better.

I had voiced what was pent up inside and the emotion diffused.

I brought my fears into the light and they lost their grip on me.

I shared my struggle and received love and support in return.

The power of sharing our humanity never seizes to amaze me.

The power of love a luminous path to healing.

The power of deep connection so often the answer.

So, when you get to where I was, call someone and share your honest and open truth.

Let it out.

Allow yourself to be imperfect, real, raw and human.

You too will experience the power of the truth, love and connection. You too will be able to release it and move on with intention and confidence
